Shobu Aikido Vermont was founded in 1992 by Sensei Ralph Malerba, a founding member and senior student at Shobu Aikido of Boston under William Gleason Sensei. The dojo continues under Todd Trzaskos (4th dan), a founding member of Shobu Aikido Vermont and senior student of Malerba Sensei.
Trzaskos Sensei has been formally instructing at Shobu Aikido Vermont since 1995, and continues to train under the guidance of Mitsugi Saotome Shihan and William Gleason Sensei.
The dojo is located on Woodstock, Vermont, with a second location in Bethel, Vermont. Please see our class schedule to see when we are practicing. Visitors and beginners are always welcome.
